Shady Tree Training Stables (STTS) is located in Ramona, a great
little family town located just 45 minutes from Downtown San
Diego. Here at STTS, we offer quality Training, Sales, Lessons,
and Lay-Up services for all types of horses and riders. We work
both ponies and horses, and offer a wide variety of options
to choose from. We attend local Schooling and County rated shows
throughout San Diego county. We are a family-friendly facility,
encouraging the entire family to participate in safe horsemanship.

About Kim Lenahan
It
is truly a gift to ride a horse and experience true horsemanship.
Trainer and Owner Kim Lenahan is dedicated to sharing her experience
with the language of the horse. Whether she is starting a young
horse or negotiating with a horse that has experienced an unkind
hand, Kim is capable of nurturing the spirit of each horse.
Her students are given the chance to witness Kim working with
horses of all kinds. Patience, kindness and passion is important
to training any horse, and Kim is truly honored to share this
gift with her students and horses in training. Kim has worked
under the mentorship of many highly respected trainers and follows
her own philosophy of honest and kind leadership within in the
show world.
Our
new location is at Creek Hollow Ranch in the beautiful rolling
hills of Ramona, CA. Effective September 1st, 2009.

and hosts monthly Natural Hoof Care Clinics. We would like to
thank our Hoofcare Specialist, Beckie Bailey for keeping
our horses sound and healthy!

in Dressage, Hunter/Jumper and Eventing. Marion Wright
is a well rounded trainer with a foundation in Classical Dressage.

Beckie Bailey is a great Natural Hoofcare Specialist
serving all of Southern California. She is patient and kind and

Medicine
Hat Animal Chiropractor
Dawn Fletcher has been adjusting our horses here with great success
for a couple years now. She is serving all of Southern California
and we are thankful to have her here at STTS on the 4th Tuesday
of each month. Dawn is available for clinics and lectures, as
well as monthly clinics at our barn. Reference available, and

Why
Float Teeth?
Christine Griffin is a talented Equine
Dental Technician serving all of Southern California. She
works with the very experienced Dr. Lisa Grim. We love how Christine
is gentle with our horses, and takes the time to educate each
owner about the condition of their horses teeth. Christine is
available for clinics and lectures, and is also active in Equine
